School Site Council
The School Site Council shapes the program at Martin Luther King School of the Arts to meet the unique needs of our students. School Site Council members review the proposed Single Plan for Student Achievement. SSC also develops and approves related expenditures in accordance with state and federal laws. SSC members recommend the school plan and related expenditures to the governing board. Modifications to the plan are made as student data are reviewed with the SSC and the MLK School of the Arts staff.
