Get to Know Me
Mrs. Angela Meza-Baca is a Central Valley native who has built a place and home here in the Central Coast. After being welcomed with open arms from the MLK School of the Arts and Seaside Community, she has worked in different roles to support the students, families and school. Now taking on the role as Family Service Specialist, she is hoping to support students through a mental health service lens and connect them with available resources.

- Facilitate student groups and integrate into classrooms to support social and emotional learning, fostering a positive and inclusive school climate.
- Collaborates with school staff to provide tiered support through PBIS and MTSS frameworks, addressing student attendance, behavior, and emotional challenges.
- Works directly with students and families, offering individualized and group support to help meet behavioral, social, and emotional goals.
- Organizes and facilitates family meetings, parent/caregiver professional development, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programs.
- Maintains records, prepares reports, and coordinates with community resources to ensure students and families receive necessary support and services.
